Common options

"Needs Jitter" (audio/video)

If non-zero, a jitter buffer will be used when receiving data using this format. Normally only used for audio codecs.

"Clock Rate" (audio/video)

RTP clock rate for codec. Set to 8000 for audio codecs, and 90000 for video codecs.

"Frame Time" (audio/video)

Time in RTP clock units for a single codec frame. For example, G.711 has a frame time of 8, as it is programs in milliseconds. GSM 06.10 has a frame time of 160, which is 20ms. A video codec at 10 frames/second has a frame time of 900

"Max Bit Rate" (audio/video)

The maximum rate in bits/second that a codec can transmit. This rate is for the payload only - the overhead of the RTP/IP/UDP headers is not included.

"Target Bit Rate" (audio/video)

The target rate in bits/second that a codec should transmit. This rate is for the payload only - the overhead of the RTP/IP/UDP headers is not included.

"Max Frame Size" (audio)

Maximum frame size (in bytes) for a single codec frame

"Rx Frames Per Packet" (audio)

The preferred number of frames per RTP packet to receive

"Tx Frames Per Packet" (audio)

The preferred number of frames per RTP packet to receive

"Frame Width" (video)

The width in pixels of frames that a video codec should transmit

"Frame Height" (video)

The height in pixels of frames that a video codec should transmit

"Min Rx Frame Width" (video)

The minimum width in pixels of frames that a video codec will receive

"Min Rx Frame Height" (video)

The minimum height in pixels of frames that a video codec will receive

"Max Rx Frame Width" (video)

The maximum width in pixels of frames that a video codec will receive

"Max Rx Frame Height" (video)

The maximum height in pixels of frames that a video codec will receive

"Temporal Spatial Trade Off" (video)

TBD

"Tx Key Frame Period" (video)

TBD
